Liaison Partner Event 2023
This event took place on 20 April 2023, de Mariënhof, Amersfoort
This second edition aims to further enhance the liaison partner’s involvement with the PCSI, inspire each other and exchange knowledge and ideas.
It takes a network to defeat a network
We will organize an inspiring and interactive afternoon in which we will intensively connect with each other. We offer your organization a unique opportunity to contribute to current and future cyber security innovations.
A special part of the program will be an ideation workshop. Our steering committee will select a number of themes on our Radar and our Liaison Partners will get a unique opportunity to be the first to come up with new project or research ideas for the next PCSI staged innovation cycle.

- Welcome and introduction of the PCSI Cyber Security Radar (we will start the program at 12:30 hrs - be there on time!)

- Presentation from Axiomatics about their experiences as a Liaison Partner in the Zero Trust project
- Keynote of Paul Geurts from our Core Partner Achmea about the Automated Data Labelling project
- Keynote of Rick van der Kleij from our Core Partner TNO about the Security Behavior Coach project

Route and parking
The Mariënhof is located in the center of Amersfoort and is easily accessible by both car and public transportation. If you come by car, you can park in Parking Garage Koestraat. This is 100 meters away from the Mariënhof and has more than 400 parking spaces available. The parking garage is open 24 hours a day. When using navigation, please enter the following addres to drive to Parking Garage Koestraat: Grote Haag 2, 3811 LM Amersfoort.

Reinder Wolthuis
Reinder is an experienced cyber security innovator and leader, that preferably is in the lead of large and challenging cyber security innovation programs and projects. He considers himself capable of combining a strategic view with concrete ideas on how to realize tangible and usable results. He is loyal and reliable, likes to stimulate cooperation and tries to put in humor where possible.
Rick van der Kleij
Rick is a psychologist with an interest in cybersecurity. He helps organizations to become more cyber resilient. In his opinion, in ensuring cybersecurity, organizations must take on a socio-technical or human-centered cybersecurity approach. Human-centered cybersecurity starts with understanding humans and their interaction with technologies, security controls and data. Rick’s motto is: real cybersecurity begins with people.
Paul Geurts
Paul is Manager IT Security & Continuity at Achmea. Previously he has worked as Director desktop outsourcing at Getronics PinkRoccade and as Lead consultant outsourcing and transition at Quint. Paul studied Business Administration in Groningen.
